The Order of Nine Angles (O9A) is a UK-based occult organization founded by David Myatt in the 1960s to promote National Socialism through sinister rituals. The group's ideology involves opening "stargates" to dark gods through chaotic acts intended to usher in a galactic imperium. Myatt is characterized as a propagandist who used the internet to spread "nextions" or cells globally, focusing on accelerationism and political infiltration.

A series of coincidences are identified between the New Year's Day Cybertruck bombing and a crowd attack in New Orleans. Both suspects were military men stationed at Fort Bragg, rented vehicles via the Turo app, and left manifestos. The analysis suggests these events mirror Operation Gladio tactics and points to the 4th PSYOP Group's "Ghosts in the Machine" video as evidence of domestic psychological warfare.

Julius Evola is described as an Italian philosopher and occultist whose "traditionalist" ideology influenced Mussolini and the SS. Recluse details Evola's obsession with warrior castes and his role in developing a pan-European ideology for the post-war Nazi underground, which later inspired neo-fascist terrorism and Operation Gladio in Italy.

The discussion explores documented instances of the mafia influencing Hollywood, such as Al Pacino requiring mob permission to play Michael Corleone in The Godfather. References are made to mob chronicler Gus Russo and the film Mulholland Drive to illustrate how casting decisions are often made behind the scenes. The conversation further links the Chicago mob, specifically Sam Giancana, to the CIA and the JFK assassination.

Jay Dyer analyzes the deeper political layers of The Godfather Part III, specifically its references to the P2 Masonic lodge and Operation Gladio. The film portrays Michael Corleone transitioning from a traditional mobster to a global player using NGOs and land deals for money laundering. This shift mirrors real-world stay-behind networks and the intersection of international banking with secret societies in Italy.

Operation Gladio involved "stay-behind" armies organized by NATO, the CIA, and MI6 across Europe, originally intended to resist a Soviet invasion. These units, often comprised of former Nazis and right-wing extremists, were eventually used to carry out domestic terrorist attacks blamed on left-wing groups to influence elections. This clandestine network operated for nearly fifty years before being exposed in the 1990s.

Whistleblower Sabel Edmonds and researcher James Corbett have detailed the evolution of Gladio into "Gladio B," which utilizes Islamic extremist networks for geopolitical goals. Evidence cited includes the behavior of 9/11 hijacker Muhammad Atta, who reportedly lived a lifestyle inconsistent with fundamentalist Islam and had ties to international operatives. This suggests that modern terrorism is often a continuation of the same state-sponsored clandestine strategies used during the Cold War.

The interview concludes with a discussion of the Gladio network and the phenomenon of "survivors" appearing at multiple terror events, such as Janet Monaco and Mason Wells. Dammegard suggests the name "Monaco" may be a clue for a future target. He also points out a pattern of sexual puns and bizarre names among witnesses and investigators in these cases, such as "Kate Sheeple."

Greg Carlwood previews the second hour of the show for Plus subscribers, which covers the theory of Nazis relocating to Antarctica and eventually off-planet. Topics include the Nazi Bell, Operation Gladio, the Benny and Barney Hill abduction case, and the ET known as Valiant Thor. He encourages listeners to support the show at thehighersidechatsplus.com to access this extended content.

The P2 Masonic Lodge in Italy, led by Licio Gelli, functioned as a "state within a state" and was implicated in a strategy of tension involving terrorist acts. This operation was a spinoff of the CIA's Operation Gladio, which used false flag bombings blamed on communists to justify authoritarian governance. Former Italian President Francesco Cossiga later admitted to the existence of these stay-behind networks and their role in European political manipulation.
