Farrell aligns with Catherine Austin Fitts in describing Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) as an "inhuman beast system" designed for total surveillance. He critiques state-level efforts, such as those in Texas, to create "bullion-backed" digital currencies, arguing they are useless without physical convertibility into specie or paper certificates. He views the current financial instability and state-level pushback as a "de facto crackup" of the United States into two mutually exclusive cultures.

After an internal injury led him to re-evaluate nutrition, he developed the concept of food intelligence to combat the global industrial food shift and promote decentralized, peer-to-peer transactional systems.

A free meetup event for Plus members is announced for June 25th in Austin, Texas, featuring the host and Gordon White of Rune Soup. Drawing on the work of Catherine Austin Fitz, Dr. Farrell suggests the political chaos is a cover for a global financial reset and the walking away from massive debt obligations. He cites reports of the Nasdaq considering a move from New Jersey to Dallas, Texas, as evidence of a de facto "crack up" of the country. This movement of data centers and the creation of the Texas state bullion depository are seen as preparations for a fractured national entity.
