Bill Nye comes up in 6 chapters across 6 episodes of The Higherside Chats Free Show, from November 2015 to January 2021.
New Alien Occult Religion and Scientific Dogma
Isaac Weishaupt posits that a new global religion is being established based on a synthesis of science, aliens, and occultism. He references Dr. Diana Pasalka's research into "Tyler D" and the search for physical artifacts, suggesting that scientific figures like Neil deGrasse Tyson and Bill Nye are paving the way for a spiritual void to be filled by alien "gods."
Greg Carlwood's Post-Interview Reflections on Scientism
Host Greg Carlwood reflects on the interview, discussing the rise of "Scientism" as a new world religion. He notes how figures like Bill Nye and Adam Savage were used to tear down spiritual beliefs, and mentions the role of Epstein funding in science media.
Jeffrey Epstein and the Promotion of Transhumanism and Scientism
Chris Knowles discusses the influence of Jeffrey Epstein on the fields of transhumanism and "scientism," noting his financial ties to prominent scientists like Daniel Dennett and Richard Dawkins. He observes that many bizarre "comic book science" stories, such as growing children from fingernail scrapings, disappeared from the news following Epstein's arrest. The segment suggests Epstein's cadre was a driving force behind a new religion of science and the pursuit of godhood.
Astrophysics Indoctrination, Credentialism
The expertise of astrophysicists is dismissed as the ability to repeat lies from textbooks rather than firsthand knowledge of space. The speakers argue that having a PhD in a field where no one has actually visited the subject matter (like Saturn or Jupiter) is meaningless. Figures like Bill Nye are described as "true believers" who are useful for propagating the elite's narrative.
Human Species Diversity, Underground Cities and Bill Nye
Harry Hubbard disputes the claim by Bill Nye that all humans belong to a single species, comparing human diversity to different species of meadowlarks. He predicts that "ancient buried cities" will become a major trend in alternative research. He references reports from the Library of Congress regarding massive, deep chambers found across the United States in the 1800s.
Silver Surfer Sighting, Bill Nye and Media Skepticism
Jeremy Corbell describes filming shimmering silver objects over Santa Monica, which he nicknamed the "Silver Surfer." After the footage aired on local news, scientist Bill Nye dismissed the video on air, suggesting the objects were superimposed "brine shrimp." Corbell eventually identified the objects as Red Bull skydivers using flares, but he uses the experience to illustrate how mainstream media and "gatekeepers" reflexively mock and discredit anomalous reports.
