The Smiley Face Killer phenomenon involves hundreds of college-aged men disappearing at night and later being found dead in bodies of water. Researchers have identified a pattern of smiley face graffiti near these locations, suggesting a potential link to organized occult groups like the ONA. Recent clusters of water deaths in Chicago and Austin have renewed public interest in whether these incidents are accidental drownings or ritualistic sacrifices.

Elisa E. addresses a section of her book regarding the feasibility of man breathing underwater or in liquid. She references a 1969 Navy document and subsequent scientific articles as evidence of research into this technology. The segment also explores how different alters can exhibit distinct physiological traits, such as one being diabetic while another is not, potentially influenced by entity possession.

The movement of Saturn into Capricorn is discussed, highlighting the sign's traditional representation as a "mer-goat" or fish-tailed goat. While modern astrology focuses on Capricorn's earthiness, traditional texts associate Saturn in this position with "death by drowning" or seaside professions. This "siren song" motif is interpreted as a potential lure for the public into a state of powerlessness, acting as a modern "opiate of the people."

The tragic drowning of Jeff Buckley in Memphis is detailed as a real-world enactment of the siren motif. Buckley died in the Wolf River beneath a massive pyramid on the eve of an Egyptian-themed festival, a date that also coincided with "Garland's Day," a traditional time for offerings to Poseidon. Lyrics from Elizabeth Frazier's earlier songs are cited as accurately predicting the specific circumstances and location of his death years in advance.

Elizabeth Frazier's own admissions of "channeling" an entity that wrote her music are discussed. A chilling coincidence is noted where she was recording the song "Teardrop" with Massive Attack at the exact moment Jeff Buckley was drowning. Furthermore, the Cocteau Twins added a new member whose previous band was named "Drowning Craze" immediately after recording "Song to the Siren," reinforcing the theme of a non-human entity operating through the band.

The investigation into Jimi Hendrix's 1970 death challenges the official overdose narrative, suggesting he was murdered for his support of the Black Panthers. Dammegard cites medical reports indicating Hendrix's lungs were filled with red wine despite a low blood alcohol level. He theorizes that Hendrix was forcibly held down and drowned in wine, a method of execution rather than an accidental death.
