Shannon Taggart announces an upcoming interdisciplinary event at Lilly Dale scheduled for July 25th through 27th. The gathering aims to bring together artists, academics, and experiencers, featuring speakers like Larry Arnold on spontaneous human combustion and a live podcast by "Weird Studies." The event will also include a screening of a rare film about "Marjorie the Medium" and a painting exhibition by artist Tim Kerr. Taggart expresses her belief in the "magic of books" and her gratitude for the completion of her long-term project.

The host mentions Mike Clellan’s "The Messengers," which explores the link between owls and UFO abductions, as a unique but highly specific runner-up. He also highlights Larry E. Arnold’s "Ablaze," the definitive textbook on spontaneous human combustion. The host notes that Charles Fort once theorized that spontaneous combustion could be the work of a "plasma predator" attacking humans.

Greg Carlwood draws parallels between the anomalies of the Chicago Fire and the research of Dr. Judy Wood regarding the events of September 11th. Both instances involve reports of selective melting and strange physical effects that suggest the use of hidden, exotic technologies. The segment also references Charles Fort's theories on spontaneous human combustion, suggesting that certain beings or processes may consume humans through a flaming process that defies conventional physics.

Larry E. Arnold, the world's leading authority on Spontaneous Human Combustion (SHC), joins the program to discuss his lifelong research into the phenomenon. Arnold founded Parascience International in 1976 and authored the comprehensive 500-page work, Ablaze. The discussion highlights the graphic nature of SHC cases where bodies are reduced to ash while limbs often remain untouched, challenging conventional explanations like falling asleep with a cigarette.
