The failure of human management is being used to justify the implementation of an AI-led central government and a digital panopticon. Companies like Palantir, founded by Peter Thiel, have already tested predictive policing models that use algorithms to determine the probability of future crimes. This transition is framed as a "neutral" solution to human corruption, promising safety through invasive 24/7 surveillance and social credit systems.

The investigation into the July 1964 murder of Dr. Mary Sherman reveals significant discrepancies between official police reports and forensic reality. While the public was told a story of a psychosexual stabbing and fire in her apartment, autopsy documents show her arm and ribcage were disintegrated by extreme heat. Haslam argues that such damage required a high-voltage source, like a linear particle accelerator, which was not present in her residence.

Police in Oklahoma City arrested a man named Anderson after he went ballistic in an apartment complex, kicking in doors and pouring salt and soap on himself. Anderson claimed to be a Satanist who was "cooking the Bible" and alleged he was visited by a male demon who performed sexual acts on him. The suspect stated he was high on drugs during the encounter and expressed regret upon regaining his senses.

These details are compared to other historical accounts of targeted energetic discomfort in lone gunman cases.
