The Hermetic Age is a series of essays exploring how the 500-year Pluto-Neptune synodic cycle drives history through hidden power and shifting belief systems. Since 1398, these conjunctions have occurred in Gemini, signaling a shift from land-based power to a financial elite that monopolizes knowledge. Historical events like Henry Sinclair’s alleged secret voyage to America in 1398 serve as "seed moments" for these long-term cycles of suppressed information.

The current Saturn-Neptune conjunction at zero degrees Aries mirrors a rare astrological alignment from 4360 BC that coincided with the rise of Sumer and the invention of cylinder seals. These ancient seals were the first identification technologies used to authenticate transactions. Today, the same astrological signature accompanies the global rollout of digital IDs, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and AI-driven control grids.

The 170-year Uranus-Neptune cycle, which last conjoined in 1993, is linked to the rise of new belief systems and institutional whistleblowers. This period saw the launch of Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project and the premiere of The X-Files, both of which focused on government and military structures. Because the cycle began in Capricorn, the resulting disclosure narratives remain heavily focused on official institutions rather than individual spiritual experiences.

Ross Ben identifies the release and promotion of Robert Kennedy Jr.'s book as a precursor to the "Glimpse of Grace" configuration of 2022. He notes that the book's announcement in May 2021 coincided with a brief astrological alignment that is now fully active. Recent political shifts, such as President Biden stating there is no federal solution to COVID-19, are cited as potential evidence of this "grace" or unexpected "X-factor" entering the public sphere.

The astrological alignment of Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces is highlighted as a rare event that has only occurred twice since 1619. This configuration is associated with bloodline redemption, instant karma, and spiritual warfare. Ross Ben suggests that 2022 marks a significant 400-year karmic "seal up" for the current American dispensation, potentially leading to mystical and prophetic events.

The period from April 5th to April 21st, peaking on the 12th, is described as a "portal of portals" for manifesting reality due to the Jupiter-Neptune conjunction. Listeners are encouraged to dream big but warned to remain grounded to avoid the "shadow" of Neptune, which can manifest as delusion or self-imposed falsehoods. Maintaining control over thoughts and intentions is presented as critical for successful manifestation during this window.

Ross Ben warns that the Metaverse is a "shadow" use of the current Neptune transit, as it replaces personal imagination with programmed imagery. He announces his participation in the Crystal Crypto Convergence on February 2nd, 2022, in Tucson, where participants will explore the intersection of sacred stones, NFTs, and decentralized wealth. The host expresses skepticism toward virtual worlds, preferring to focus on the challenges of the physical reality.

Gordon White applies an astrological lens to the current global situation, interpreting the interplay between Saturn and Neptune as "the dream of control." He explains that while the elite at Davos have ambitious plans for total surveillance, the "Neptunian" element suggests these plans are diffuse and difficult to implement in reality. This gap between billionaire dreams and actual logistics provides a window for resistance and failure of the technocratic project.

Ross Ben predicts increased activity from Star Nation entities due to Neptune's position in Pisces. He references claims made by an Israeli security official regarding a Galactic Federation in communication with the U.S. government. The segment also discusses crop circles as a long-standing attempt by extraterrestrial entities to communicate directly with humanity while bypassing traditional leaders.

Ross Benn describes the 15-year cycle of Neptune in Pisces as a call for individuals to seek sanctuary and build "safe harbors" for their families. He emphasizes that navigating the current turbulent year requires proactive work toward a redemptive timeline involving self-sustaining food and clean water. The conversation highlights the April astrological window as a time to focus on community relationships and mutual support.

Greg Carlwood reflects on the potential decline of the American empire and the "sacrificial lambs" that may appear as elites attempt to deflect judgment. He highlights a significant Uranus-Neptune-Pluto synchronization predicted for 2025, which Austin Coppock suggests will lead to a "sci-fi" future. These milestones, along with the 2044-2045 transition, suggest a long-term agenda that challenges the current materialist-atheist paradigm.

The rise of "fake news" and the popularity of Pokemon Go in 2016 are cited as manifestations of Saturn-Neptune squares, which create friction between "dad reality" and "dreamy perspective." This configuration makes it difficult for the public to ascertain facts or agree on a shared reality. While the exact 90-degree squares have concluded, the cultural "hangover" and disillusionment from this period continue to influence public perception.

The mechanisms behind astrology are categorized into material, metaphysical, and synchronistic layers. While the Sun and Moon have clear material effects on Earth, distant planets like Neptune operate on a higher metaphysical order where their movements reflect the nature of hidden causative factors. The 20th-century concept of synchronicity is also used to describe these meaningful patterns, though it lacks a definitive mechanical explanation.

The discussion covers the roles of outer planets like Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in an astrological chart. Robert Phoenix describes the birth chart as both a snapshot of life at birth and a moving map influenced by current planetary transits in the sky.

The running aground of the Costa Concordia is interpreted as a symbolic marker for the end of the Age of Pisces. This era, ruled by Neptune and characterized by the mystical teachings of Jesus, is reportedly being phased out by those in power.
