Topic: Department Zero

Peter Moon returns to discuss the work of Radu Sinamar, a member of Romania's Department Zero intelligence unit. The discussion centers on the discovery of a holographic Hall of Records located beneath the Romanian Sphinx in the Bucegi Mountains. This facility reportedly contains advanced ancient technology and tunnels connecting to sites in Iraq, Mongolia, Tibet, and the Giza Plateau.

The existence of Department Zero remains a secret within the Romanian government, with many officials dismissing Sinamar's books as science fiction. Peter Moon defends the authenticity of the writing against claims by Romanian Freemasons that the books were written by a committee. He also notes the high intelligence of the Romanian people and their deep genetic connection to nature in Transylvania, a factor that reportedly attracted Prince Charles to the region.

Department Zero, a secretive arm of Romanian intelligence led by Cesar Brad, collaborated with Americans to access a 50,000-year-old chamber. Inside, holographic tables can read a visitor's DNA and display it in atomic form alongside alien genetic sequences. This facility is described as a high-tech version of Noah's Ark, containing a vast database of terrestrial and extraterrestrial life.

Hawes details the discovery of a perfectly square, man-made chamber deep in the Carpathian Mountains of Romania in 2003. The discovery was reportedly made using NASA satellite technology and involved "Department Zero," a Romanian paranormal intelligence unit. The narrative claims the Pentagon and high-level Freemasons intervened to prevent the Romanian government from going public with the find.
