Wilkerson discusses his court-mandated community service with Ken Wooden, founder of the National Coalition for Children's Justice. In the mid-1980s, Wilkerson used his hacking skills to help build a nationwide database to track missing children and child abusers. He reflects on Wooden's early warnings about organized trafficking and satanic ritual abuse (SRA), which Wilkerson initially found far-fetched but later came to believe were accurate.

Following leads from informant Jay Parker, an investigation was conducted in Arden, Delaware, and Rose Valley, Pennsylvania, to verify claims of organized satanic ritual abuse (SRA). The researcher reported seeing children ushered into the basements of dinner theaters and discovering massive ovens in the woods behind elite estates. The investigation faced immediate hostility from local residents, who threatened physical harm when the researcher attempted to view properties listed for sale in the area.

Multi-generational satanic families utilize ritual torture, drugging, and electroshock to warp the synaptic pathways of children and even fetuses. This process is explained through the lens of epigenetics and the work of Dr. Bruce Lipton, suggesting that external stimuli and thoughts affect biological DNA. The goal of these practices is to break down natural consciousness and create secondary psychopathic personalities within the elite bloodlines.

Survivors of satanic ritual abuse undergo extreme trauma, including electroshock at the base of the spine, sensory deprivation, and being buried alive. These experiences are designed to shatter the victim's consciousness, leading to the creation of "alters" or secondary personalities. Parker describes a specific ritual involving a three-year-old in a cage, intended to induce a total break in the child's mental state through perceived abandonment and terror.

The host reflects on the sincerity of Jay Parker's testimony compared to other guests who have discussed MKUltra and ritual abuse. Parker's recommendations, including Bruce Lipton, Rupert Sheldrake, and the Electric Universe model, are highlighted as high-quality resources. The discussion notes the alignment between Parker's experiences and other conceptual frameworks regarding the relationship between the elite and archonic entities.
