Topic: Simulation Theory

Humanity’s understanding of the cosmos has historically mirrored the most advanced technology of the era, moving from the clockwork universe of the Enlightenment to the steam engine model of the Industrial Revolution. Today, the universe is increasingly viewed as a sophisticated computer or AI simulation. This shift suggests that information and ideas are more fundamental to reality than atoms or physical matter.

Jordan Crowder details his "Simulator Theory," which posits that Earth is a virtual training environment for non-physical consciousness. Drawing from a 2019 near-death experience and the work of Tom Campbell, he describes the human body as a physical avatar. The theory suggests souls enter the simulator for evolutionary growth but often become trapped by "spiritual gravity."

The conversation shifts to the role of the Demiurge in Plato's cosmology, described here as a benevolent creator of the World Soul. Quitt explains how the architecture of Atlantis, featuring concentric rings, mirrors the geometric and harmonic structure of the universe based on Pythagorean ratios. He likens these ancient attempts to map consciousness and reality to modern concepts like simulation theory and quantum mechanics.

The discussion explores how the mind processes unfamiliar dimensions by arranging them into recognizable concepts, such as a bedroom or a UFO. Quitt suggests that the "beaming up" motif in abduction lore may be a visual interpretation of the soul returning to an "oversoul" during sleep or altered states. He compares these experiences to shamanic journeys induced by ayahuasca or DMT, where participants interact with entities and technology while their physical bodies remain on the ground.
