Carlwood critiques the documentary "Gringo: The Dangerous Life of John McAfee," labeling it a non-objective "hit piece" by filmmaker Nanette Burstein. He discusses specific allegations of murder and sexual assault mentioned in the film, sharing Janice's perspective that these claims were out of character for John. The segment concludes with Carlwood's decision to focus on the "dead man's switch" rather than making moral judgments on McAfee's personal life.

Dr. Hillman presents the thesis from his book "Original Sin," arguing that child abuse is an integral, foundational component of the Catholic Church rather than a modern accident. He describes early Christian exorcism as a "possession tech" derived from older pagan rituals, where ritual sodomy was used to assert political dominance over competing religions. This process was framed as a way for a child to "rebuke" sin and save their soul through trauma.

Kerry Rhodes describes the intense experience of using rapé, a sacred tobacco snuff used as an inhibitor to open the "third eye" before an ayahuasca ceremony. He recounts how the substance helped him release his "control freak" tendencies developed during his football career. This process allowed him to feel a deep connection with nature, noticing minute details like the wind and insects.

A clip of Asia Argento's 1997 speech at the Cannes Film Festival is played, where she publicly accused Harvey Weinstein of rape and warned other predators in the industry. The host reflects on the significance of this speech occurring just weeks before Anthony Bourdain's death. The segment transitions into a summary of the second-hour content regarding the resource exploitation of Africa.

The episode wraps up with an announcement of a dark Plus-exclusive interview with Laurie Handerhan regarding human trafficking and child rape in America. Carlwood also offers a personal recommendation for ButcherBox as a source for high-quality grass-fed meat in "food deserts." The show concludes with a final jab at the "arconic parasitic" forces causing global health problems and a closing musical track.
