Peter Moon returns to discuss the work of Radu Sinamar, a member of Romania's Department Zero intelligence unit. The discussion centers on the discovery of a holographic Hall of Records located beneath the Romanian Sphinx in the Bucegi Mountains. This facility reportedly contains advanced ancient technology and tunnels connecting to sites in Iraq, Mongolia, Tibet, and the Giza Plateau.

Author and publisher Peter Moon joins the program to discuss his work on secret government programs. Moon is recognized for his trilogy on the Montauk Project, co-authored with whistleblower Preston Nichols. He also details his collaboration with Radu Sinamar of the Romanian Intelligence Services regarding a secret chamber beneath the Romanian Sphinx.

Radu Sinamar's books, including Transylvania Sunrise, detail the discovery of a secret chamber in the Bucegi Mountains. The guest clarifies the history of Vlad the Impaler, noting he was the Prince of Wallachia rather than Transylvania. The series, translated into English, explores the intersection of Romanian intelligence and ancient subterranean mysteries near the Romanian Sphinx.

The secret chamber contains three tunnels, one of which leads to a facility beneath the Giza Plateau in Egypt. This location reportedly houses a device that allows for time travel via consciousness rather than physical transport. The records also include a holographic history of the world, though the identities of the original builders remain a closely guarded secret.
