Knowles outlines a ritual cycle beginning with the 1945 Trinity test and continuing through Project Diana and Operation Crossroads. He posits that Jack Parsons and L. Ron Hubbard timed the "Babylon Working" to coincide with Project Diana’s radar contact with the Moon in 1946. This sequence of events is characterized as a "call and answer" ritual that signaled human readiness for contact with electronic or multi-dimensional entities.

Knowles details the 1946 Babylon Working performed by Jack Parsons and L. Ron Hubbard, linking it to the US Army’s Project Diana, which bounced radar off the moon. He suggests Hubbard may have used military intelligence to time the ritual with high-tech experiments. The segment also notes the appearance of "ghost rockets" over Scandinavia during this period and Hubbard’s service on the USS Algol.
