Derek Brose describes "Operation Underground Railroad," a project helping people relocate to freer areas, specifically Mexico, to escape the digital panopticon. He details a successful six-car caravan from Houston to the Mexican border and offers assistance to others looking to exit the U.S. system. The segment highlights the importance of connecting those "holding down the fort" with those building new, networked communities in more permissive jurisdictions.

Derek Brose explains his "Freedom Formula," which posits that an individual's experience of freedom is determined by their desire for liberty plus their willingness to change their habits. He encourages listeners to visit FreedomCells.org to connect with like-minded people and build local support networks. The segment concludes with a call to action for individuals to take practical steps toward self-reliance and community organizing in the face of increasing state pressure.
