The conversation turns to modern events like the Las Vegas shooting and the Aurora theater shooting, with Elisa E. suggesting that figures like Steven Paddock and James Holmes may be MKUltra victims. She describes "glitches" in programming where individuals lash out as their conditioning breaks down. Elisa E. shares her own experience of being programmed to obsessively watch Christian Bale movies prior to the Dark Knight theater incident.

Greg Carlwood reflects on recent shootings in Tulsa and Chattanooga, noting the rapid change in initial news reports. He discusses technical anomalies regarding the firearms used in the Texas shooting, comparing them to those used by Steven Paddock. The host expresses skepticism over how an unemployed 18-year-old could afford high-end tactical equipment.

Carlwood previews the second hour of the interview, which covers the Podesta-Clinton disclosure efforts, giants in Utah, and the potential connection between the space industry and the Steven Paddock shooting. He encourages listeners to join the Plus program to hear the full discussion on plasma-based intelligences.

The discussion outlines the official account of Steven Paddock firing from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Demengarde questions how Paddock transported 23 weapons past high-level security and recently installed metal detectors without CCTV detection. The timeline of the police response, cited as 72 minutes, is presented as a major inconsistency in the official report.

The profile of Steven Paddock is scrutinized, noting his history with defense contractors like Lockheed Martin and his father's status on the FBI's most wanted list. Claims are made that Paddock may have been a CIA-contracted pilot with dozens of US addresses. Discrepancies in public photographs are discussed, with suggestions that the images released to the media do not match the individual associated with Paddock's legal address.
