Topic: Self Organizing Plasma

The discussion moves toward the philosophical implications of plasma being a self-organizing and potentially conscious medium. Hall suggests that because the universe is fundamentally electromagnetic energy rather than space-time, consciousness itself may be an energetic phenomenon. This perspective aligns with theories by Rupert Sheldrake regarding the intelligence of celestial bodies and the Earth.

Kosh defines an Exotic Vacuum Object (EVO) as a self-organizing plasma consisting of a toroidal structure with interior positive ions and exterior electrons. These objects interact with the zero-point energy field or ether to produce physical anomalies. Kosh explains that EVOs are ubiquitous in nature, appearing briefly in static spark discharges, lightning strikes, and the rare phenomenon of ball lightning.

The host previews upcoming content, including a guest recommended by Richard Dolan who will discuss self-organizing plasmas and consciousness. He recaps topics from the second hour of the Dolan interview, such as Wilhelm Reich's cloudbuster and orgone energy. The episode concludes with a call for kindness during the coronavirus crisis and a musical outro challenging the "Deep State" and "Breakaway Civilizations."
