Robert David Steel comes up in 3 chapters across 3 episodes of The Higherside Chats Free Show, from December 2014 to February 2021.
Intelligence Community Infiltration of Conspiracy and UFO Circles
Stephen Snyder and Greg Carlwood discuss how the intelligence community co-opts skeptical and conspiratorial thinkers through "pacification programs." They cite the infiltration of the UFO community and early ARGs like "Ong's Hat" as methods to lead researchers down dead ends or push unstable individuals toward antisocial behavior.
Forensic Anomalies and Door Knob Hanging Symbolism
The forensic details of Anthony Bourdain's death are questioned, including the lack of narcotics in his toxicology report and his rapid cremation in Paris. The specific method of hanging from a door knob is analyzed as a potential "code" or signature used by intelligence agencies to signal the silencing of a whistleblower. Former CIA officer Robert David Steele is cited regarding the symbolic meaning of such deaths.
Robert David Steele, Open Source Everything Manifesto
Host Greg Carlwood introduces Robert David Steele, a former CIA spy and Marine Corps Infantry Officer, to discuss his book The Open Source Everything Manifesto. Steele is presented as a prolific intelligence reformer who advocates for a transition from corrupt, top-down societal structures to transparent, open-source systems. The conversation aims to explore how open-source concepts can optimize education, the economy, and global governance.
