Unlike traditional Gnosticism which seeks spiritual liberation, the elite designers of the Sola Busca deck utilized Gnostic cosmology to control their subsequent reincarnations. By worshipping specific deities, they aimed to enter those deities' "train" upon death to ensure rebirth back into elite social circles and bloodlines. This practice justifies the multi-generational "long game" often attributed to global power structures.

The creators of the Sola Busca deck utilized Gnostic cosmology but rejected the goal of spiritual liberation from the material world. Instead, they sought to use ritual magic to control the trajectory of their own reincarnation, aiming to return to elite social circles and specific bloodlines. This practice of managing subsequent births is compared to the mechanisms used in Tibetan Lamaism to validate spiritual succession.
