The BRICS nations, including China and Russia, are actively implementing the UN's Agenda 2030 and the Fourth Industrial Revolution despite their perceived opposition to Western dominance. Official documents from G20 summits show that these nations are committed to high-tech surveillance solutions and the Paris Agreement. The geopolitical tension between these blocks is characterized as theater that masks a shared commitment to a globalized industrial and financial script.

There is a concerted effort to establish an "IPCC for food" to create global agreements similar to the Paris Agreement. This strategy aims to use the WHO as a controlling body to push through specific dietary ideas under the guise of global health coordination.
