Eric Dollard details his work in electric seismology, including a million-dollar system in the Mojave Desert that was reportedly embezzled and destroyed. He claims that while utility companies are interested in earthquake forecasting, academic institutions and the USGS actively suppress the technology. Dollard argues that Einsteinian philosophy inherently despises electrical explanations for seismic activity.

The ether is defined as a primordial medium from which all matter emerges, a concept Eric Dollard links to Wilhelm Reich’s work. Dollard recounts the destruction of his million-dollar seismic sensing installation in the Mojave Desert, which he claims was targeted by powerful intelligence and law enforcement agencies. He asserts that utility companies and academics ignore electrical seismology because it threatens their funding and established Einsteinian philosophies.
