Hoffman explores the occult obsession with the star Sirius and the number five. Drawing on the work of Mary Daly, he suggests the pentagram's inner symbolism is tied to the five days of menstruation and a patriarchal attempt to "tether" the power of the feminine. He also notes that 1977 was a pivotal year for the "Revelation of the Method," seeing the publication of major revisionist and occult works.

Following Eileen Iorio's departure, Kim Mack Rosenberg discusses the risks of vaccinating prepubescent children during periods of significant hormonal change. She argues that the robust immune response seen in younger children may actually lead to more frequent or severe negative reactions.

Humans are inherently part of nature through their biological bodies and cycles, such as menstruation, which are often treated with social discomfort. Even in dense cities, nature is present through the weather, the atmosphere, and the raw materials used to construct buildings. Awakening to the natural world requires a mental shift to recognize these elements within the straight lines and right angles of human architecture.

The moon and sun are described as subjective spiritual declarations of "cosmic grace" rather than just material objects. A mathematical link is drawn between the 28-day lunar cycle and the human menstrual cycle, noting that the 14-day ovulation point corresponds to the 14 phalanges on each human hand. This connection is used to argue that human biology is intrinsically tied to the cycles of the heavens.
