The discussion shifts to the Secret Space Program (SSP), alleging that Nazis developed mercury vortex propulsion (Vimanas) and established bases on Mars and Ceres. The US government is accused of hiding its loss to the Nazis and making treaties with parasitic ET groups like the Dracos and Greys.

Brad Olsen traces the origins of exotic German technology back to the Vril Society and psychic medium Maria Orsic. He claims Orsic channeled technical blueprints from the Aldebaran star system during the early 20th century. This segment links these occult practices to the development of advanced propulsion systems and flying craft prior to the rise of the fascist government in 1933.

The genesis of the German secret space program is traced back to 1919 and the Thule Society's collaboration with psychic medium Maria Orsic. Orsic reportedly received technical blueprints for space-time devices through automatic writing in ancient Sumerian, allegedly communicated by extraterrestrial or inner-earth beings. These efforts led to the development of the Vril craft prototype, coinciding with the rise of the Nazi party which the Thule Society helped fund and protect.

The conflict between "fallen" and "righteous" angels is interpreted as a war between different extraterrestrial factions, specifically Reptilians and Nordics. While Maria Orsic initially contacted human-looking Nordics for a civilian space program, Adolf Hitler and the Nazi SS later aligned with a Reptilian group. These alliances allegedly resulted in the construction of large space fleets in Antarctica capable of deep-space operations in coordination with Reptilian forces.
