Steve Seaman, a former high school acquaintance of Guffey and head of the FBI's white-collar crime detail in Los Angeles, died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in 1997. At the time, Seaman was leading an investigation into the DNC fundraising scandal involving the Clinton administration. His death occurred at Dockweiler Beach shortly after an inexplicable arrest for carjacking, raising questions about the circumstances surrounding his suicide.

Robert Salas details a personal encounter from 1985 in Manhattan Beach, California, recovered through multiple hypnotherapy sessions. He describes waking to a blue light, experiencing total physical paralysis, and seeing a hooded figure before being floated through a closed window. Onboard a craft, he experienced an excruciatingly painful medical procedure involving a long needle inserted into his groin, which he believes was a physical reality rather than a dream.
