Topic: Logbooks

The logs of early explorers like Captain James Cook and Ferdinand Magellan are analyzed for discrepancies in travel distances. It is noted that Cook's second journey covered nearly 60,000 miles, which the speakers argue fits a flat earth circumnavigation better than a globe. The delay in the publication of these logbooks is suggested as an opportunity for historical revision.

The story of Admiral Byrd's discovery of a secret continent is a staple of Hollow Earth research, though DeLucia notes a lack of concrete evidence. Claims regarding a recovered secret logbook by Byrd's nephew, Harley Byrd, remain unsubstantiated as the individual has since disappeared from the public eye.
