Snyder reveals the shocking history of Stanley Kubrick’s cousin, Paul Prevailer, a former LAPD officer who became a murderer. In a real-life "Double Indemnity" scenario, Prevailer conspired with his mistress to kill her husband and later murdered his own wife for insurance money. Prevailer was arrested in 1968, right as Kubrick was returning to the United States for the premiere of "2001: A Space Odyssey."

The discussion shifts to the government's use of domestic drones and the lack of public resistance during high-profile manhunts like those for Christopher Dorner and the Boston Bombing suspects. Concerns are raised that these individuals may be used as scapegoats or patsies in a system that increasingly bypasses traditional trials.
