Jason Bermas describes a trip to Hearst Castle, noting the prevalence of occult statues, gargoyles, and depictions of the deity Pan. He compares the estate's atmosphere to Epstein Island, mentioning that Lady Gaga filmed a music video at the castle's pool near a bust of Pan. The discussion links the history of yellow journalism and propaganda to the eccentric, high-ground estates favored by the global power elite.

Greg Carlwood recounts a conversation with Professor Zhang about how elites use hospitality and "yacht parties" rather than threats to compromise researchers. Kurt Metzger relates this to "Gamergate," describing it as a vector for social programming where journalists were compromised by their proximity to the industry. They discuss the "horse armor" controversy in The Elder Scrolls as an early example of oligarchical abuse in the gaming industry.
