Eric Dollard explains the "Cosmic Induction Generator" (SIG) experiment, which produced a spiral plasma formation resembling a galaxy inside an incandescent bulb. He describes the plasma as appearing conscious and reacting to human thought. Dollard relates this phenomenon to Wilhelm Reich’s "Cosmic Superimposition" and the swirling etheric vortices that govern planetary motion.

The Cosmic Induction Generator (SIG) is an experiment that produces plasma formations resembling galaxies inside a burned-out light bulb. Eric Dollard explains that these formations are created using dielectric lines of force from Tesla transformers, mirroring the spiral forms of hurricanes and galaxies. He notes that the plasma often appears to be conscious or responsive to the thoughts of those around it, drawing a comparison to a specific "Outer Limits" episode.
