The intersection of science and the occult is explored through films like Halloween 3 and Evil Speak, which were early examples of fusing witchcraft with computer technology. These movies depict the use of modern technology to conjure demonic entities or perform satanic rites. This fusion suggests that in modern cinema, the scientist often functions as a mystical or prophetic figure.

The host reflects on problematic biblical passages regarding adultery, homosexuality, and the logistics of slavery in Leviticus and Genesis. He mentions a recent headline about Saturn changing colors and encourages listeners to check out the Plus membership for the second hour of the show. The segment ends with a themed song about the "Higher Side Chats" and the daily grind of the nine-to-five life.

The episode concludes with a musical track featuring lyrics about a "ghost who overslept on Halloween" and a character named Destiny. Following the music, a satirical audio sketch portrays a man expressing extreme frustration with his daily commute, his boss, and his domestic life. The segment ends abruptly with the character contemplating a dark exit from his mundane reality.
