Evans details his creation of a "Crypto-Terrestrial Profile" by comparing the traits of Gaelic fairies, such as the Nahuishlin, with modern accounts like Charles Hall’s "Tall Whites." Shared characteristics include tall stature, blue eyes, chirping or whistling speech, and the use of "glammery" to alter human perception.

Etymological links are explored, noting that "Buckley" means "shepherd boy" in Gaelic and "Frazier" relates to strawberries, which were sacred to Venus. These names fit the mythic structure of a goddess and her doomed lover. The discovery of Jeff Buckley's body by the "American Queen" riverboat is tied to the Cocteau Twins song "Kissed Out Red Float Boat," as "floats" is the technical term for the paddles on a river wheel.
