Disney Propaganda comes up in 2 chapters across 2 episodes of The Higherside Chats Free Show, from August 2013 to March 2019.
Disney's Fantasia and Superior Sound Experiences
A brief discussion touches on the 1940 Disney film Fantasia and its role in introducing new sound experiences to the public. The host suggests the film may have been used to normalize specific frequency standards.
Disney Propaganda, Gender Roles and J. Edgar Hoover
The discussion explores how Disney films, particularly those from the 1990s, allegedly shape gender paradigms by removing strong mother figures to influence child development. Walt Disney is identified as a Freemason and an FBI informant with a close relationship to J. Edgar Hoover, suggesting a long history of state-sponsored propaganda within the studio.
