Dark Side of the Moon, 2001 A Space Odyssey Sync
Alex Fulton describes the "sync" between Pink Floyd’s "Dark Side of the Moon" and Kubrick’s "2001: A Space Odyssey," calling it a superior experience to the "Wizard of Oz" sync. He provides specific instructions for starting the album at the final note of the film's intro music to reveal deep symbolic alignments. This practice is part of a larger matrix developed by Mark LeClair involving multiple Kubrick films and Pink Floyd albums.
