Topic: Batch Consignments

Phillips discusses the correlation between clusters of mysterious disappearances documented by David Paulides and the locations of known underground bases. He references his article for Paranoia Magazine regarding "batch consignments," suggesting that missing persons might be taken for testing or labor. He notes that even when people are found, they often have no memory of the intervening time.

Olaf Phillips explores the concept of "batch consignments," where groups of people are harvested as a controlled labor force for off-world or underground facilities. He notes a correlation between David Paulides' "Missing 411" disappearance clusters in national parks and maps of suspected underground rail networks. Phillips also critiques the Denver Airport conspiracy, suggesting it is too high-profile to be a primary elite bunker, pointing instead to facilities like NORAD and the Svalbard Global Seed Vault.
