Following leads from informant Jay Parker, an investigation was conducted in Arden, Delaware, and Rose Valley, Pennsylvania, to verify claims of organized satanic ritual abuse (SRA). The researcher reported seeing children ushered into the basements of dinner theaters and discovering massive ovens in the woods behind elite estates. The investigation faced immediate hostility from local residents, who threatened physical harm when the researcher attempted to view properties listed for sale in the area.

Arden, Delaware, and Rose Valley, Pennsylvania, are identified as occult towns founded in 1900 as utopian arts and crafts villages. Jay Parker alleges that during his childhood, a vast majority of the residents in Arden were involved in Illuminati activities and ritual abuse. These locations served as secluded environments where practitioners could maintain public personas while engaging in private occult rituals.
