Kosh Introduction, Exotic Vacuum Objects, Richard Dolan Connection

Greg Carlwood introduces an anonymous researcher known as Kosh, who was recommended by UFO historian Richard Dolan. Kosh is identified as a detailed analyst of the Wilson memo with 15 years of experience studying cold fusion and exotic energy. The discussion establishes the primary subject as Exotic Vacuum Objects (EVOs), a specific term for self-organizing plasmas that may explain suppressed energy technologies and UFO propulsion.

Admiral Wilson Memo and Congressional Disclosure Demands

Kosh urges the UFO community to refocus on the Admiral Thomas Wilson document and the oversight of Special Access Programs (SAPs). He identifies General William McCasland as a key figure due to his role as Director of Special Projects. Kosh calls for public Congressional hearings on C-SPAN where SAP leadership is sworn under oath to disclose the truth about UFO technology and end the "drip feed" of information.
