In 1989, Cheyenne arrow priest Lou White Eagle participated in an experiment using the Graham Potentializer, a device that creates an electromagnetic bubble tuned to the Schumann resonance. While on the device, White Eagle reported seeing "little blue people" who melted through the walls and windows of the Memphis office. This encounter terrified the priest, as the entities matched the "little people" described in Cheyenne lore as powerful tricksters.

A theory is proposed that a Martian civilization existed in the ancient past and was destroyed, with survivors potentially migrating to Earth. The researchers speculate that "white people" may have originated on Mars, citing their distinct physical characteristics and the lack of a clear evolutionary path in the Caucasus Mountains. This narrative suggests that the "God of War" archetype associated with Mars reflects this warrior heritage.
