Dr. Joseph P. Farrell | Microcosm & Medium: The Cosmic Implications Of Mind Control Tech
Wernher von Braun, Voice of God Technology
Farrell discusses Wernher von Braun’s alleged deathbed confession regarding a series of staged "boogeymen," including asteroids and aliens. He links this to "Voice of God" technologies and DARPA-sponsored research into electroencephalographic dictionaries that can read and beam thoughts. By 1975, these dictionaries contained 2,000 words, and reports suggest they have since expanded to over 70,000, potentially allowing for the remote manipulation of human perception.
