Topic: Virology Fallacy

Gober compares the deceptions in cosmology to those in modern medicine, specifically virology. He introduces the logical fallacy of "affirming the consequence," where observed symptoms (wet grass) are attributed to a specific cause (rain) without ruling out alternatives. He argues that there is no direct evidence for the Big Bang, heliocentrism, or the existence of pathogenic viruses.
