Chem Tracking Device Discovery in San Diego
Crow777 recounts an incident in San Diego where he filmed a round object dropped by a plane that subsequently exploded in mid-air. He tracked a red, amber-looking glowing device as it fell, which he believes was a tracking sensor used to gather data on chemical dispersal. The object appeared to violate flight path regulations regarding weather balloon launches.
