Topic: Top Secret Memo

Grant Cameron discusses Wilbert Smith, the head of a 1950s Canadian radio program who wrote a top-secret memo identifying flying saucers as the most highly classified subject in the United States. The memo notably mentioned that "mental phenomena" were associated with the objects. This revelation is significant because it predates public claims of alien contact, suggesting officials knew about the consciousness connection as early as 1950.
