Sony Hack, Information Warfare and Government Negligence
Robert David Steele addresses the Sony hack involving the film The Interview, agreeing with President Obama that Sony made a mistake by withdrawing the movie from theaters. He reflects on his warnings from 1988 regarding the vulnerabilities of financial and energy SCADA systems, which he claims the U.S. government and corporations ignored for 25 years. Steele argues that offensive or incorrect information should be released and countered with truth rather than repressed.
