Salas shares the testimony of John Mulliken, who witnessed UFOs being chased by fighter jets near Beale Air Force Base in 1959. Mulliken provided photographs of a "smoke ring" left by a departing craft, a phenomenon theorized to be soot or smog collected on the hull and shed during high-speed acceleration.
