Peter Moon clarifies his role as the primary English translator and publisher for Radu Sinamar through Skybooks USA. He explains that Sinamar maintains a "cloak of invisibility" for security reasons and does not grant interviews or operate websites. Moon emphasizes that while he reports on these extraordinary claims, he also conducts his own physical investigations into Romanian caves to seek corroboration.

Peter Moon announces his upcoming publishing schedule, which includes at least three books by Douglas Dietrich regarding the Roswell incident and its connection to Japanese balloons. He intends to release two books per year, continuing to translate Radu Sinamar's work alongside Dietrich's historical research. Greg Carlwood concludes the interview, thanking Moon for his contributions to the program.
