Topic: Shadow Figure

Nathaniel Gillis describes his first encounter with the paranormal at age eight, involving a full-bodied apparition and a shadow figure in his childhood home. He explains how his local church was unable to provide answers, leading him to move away from religious dogma toward data-driven research. This shift allowed him to identify larger behavioral patterns that transcend traditional religious or materialistic categorizations.

A modern case study is shared involving a woman who believed she was with her husband of 25 years, only to realize the figure was an entity that eventually dissolved into black smoke. Nathaniel Gillis and Greg Carlwood discuss the complexity of these interactions, questioning whether the physical body or just consciousness is being manipulated. They explore the idea of entities riding victims in dreamlike states to harvest energy or biological materials.
