Weaponizing Cancer, CIA Plots and Judith Vary Baker
Following the Cuban Missile Crisis, the CIA and Dr. Alton Ochsner allegedly sought to weaponize cancer-causing viruses to assassinate Fidel Castro. They recruited Judith Vary Baker, a high school science prodigy capable of inducing rapid cancer in mice, to assist in the project. Baker was brought to New Orleans under the supervision of Dr. Mary Sherman to develop a biological weapon that could be covertly administered to the Cuban leader.
