O'Brien discusses a long-term plan involving the Bush and Clinton dynasties to usher in a New World Order through rigged electronic voting machines. She references her 1995 book, Transformation of America, which allegedly predicted plans for mass genocide and reproductive interference via vaccines. Marcus Allen argues that the American political system is a rigged "dialectic" where both parties serve the same interests. He cites the accuracy of Diebold ATM machines compared to the reported 70% accuracy of Diebold voting booths as evidence of intentional election manipulation. Allen reflects on Ross Perot's 1992 campaign as a turning point in his personal disillusionment with the voting process.
