Topic: Raven Rock

Phillips details "Alternative 2," the construction of massive underground facilities like Raven Rock for continuity of government. He connects these efforts to the Georgia Guidestones, a mysterious granite monument in Georgia that advocates for maintaining the world population under 500 million. The monument features astronomical alignments and messages in multiple ancient and modern languages, funded by the pseudonymous R.C. Christian.

The discussion covers the scale of the Raven Rock facility, which reportedly includes a Starbucks and a gift shop. Phillips mentions 1970s Rand Corporation studies regarding high-speed underground rail networks that could cross the U.S. in three hours. He suggests that while elites have bunkers, FEMA camps may be intended to control the surface population during a collapse.
