Abductees frequently report encounters with seven-to-eight-foot-tall "Praying Mantis" beings that communicate telepathically to calm human fear. These entities claim to be "seeders of life" as old as the solar system, approximately 4.6 billion years. David Huggins and others have specifically noted that the lower portion of these beings' faces often glows with a distinct light, a detail captured in Huggins' early 1970s artwork.

David Huggins witnessed a Praying Mantis being transform a female entity into a gold ball of light, which then entered his chest to "learn" through his senses. Huggins claimed this entity lived inside him for several years, providing comfort and ending the sperm collection process entirely. This case suggests that non-human entities may use human hosts as biological observers to experience the world through human consciousness.

Dr. Steven Greer confirms reports of diverse ET forms, including feline, avian, and cetacean-looking humanoids. He shares a personal story about his assistant, Sherry Adamat, who reportedly had a spiritual encounter with a "praying mantis" type being during her battle with cancer. Greer claims that several members of his team were targeted with fatal metastatic cancers in the 1990s during their disclosure work, resulting in the deaths of Adamat, Bill Colby, and Congressman Schiff.
