Topic: Plasma Vortex

Shatzkin discusses T. Townsend Brown's secret mission to Germany at the end of World War II. While officially there for cryptography, Brown was actually investigating "Foo Fighters"—balls of light reported by pilots—and vetting German scientists like William Stevenson for recruitment. Brown believed these phenomena were plasma vortices that demonstrated how nature utilizes force fields for propulsion.

Consciousness is described as a centripetal plasma vortex capable of creating electrical compression, a phenomenon measured by Bill Tiller. This principle is applied to rainmaking and "outer vision," where children are taught to use brainwave cascades to create a plasma tunnel that allows them to see while blindfolded.

Greg Carlwood previews the second hour of the interview available to Plus members, which covers the connection between solar activity and human progress. Topics include the "consciousness upgrade" theory, the polar vortex, and the 21 trillion dollars in missing Pentagon funds. He also mentions a discussion on how the sun's color change relates to the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
