Dr. Frédéric Leroy | The Food Control Cult, Anti-Meat Elite, & The Frankenfood Industrial Complex
C40 Cities, Planetary Health Diet, and Totalitarian Targets
The C40 Cities initiative, a network of global mayors, has explicitly stated goals to reduce meat and dairy consumption to near-zero levels by 2030. Cities like London, New York, and Paris are part of this framework, which also targets private vehicle ownership and clothing purchases. Dr. Leroy describes this as a totalitarian interventionist program driven by the Global Commons Alliance, which views the planet through a technocratic lens of "management" rather than individual liberty.
