THC 43: Andrew Colvin | The Mothman, Mind Control Memes, & The Corporate Conspiracies of West Virginia
West Virginia Politics, Jay Rockefeller, Peter Beter
The discussion turns to the political landscape of West Virginia during the 1960s and 70s. Colvin describes Jay Rockefeller's entry into the state to quell labor unrest at Union Carbide. He also introduces Dr. Peter Beter, an early conspiracy theorist who claimed the Russians had replaced political leaders with androids and served as a template for David Icke.
